The Receptionist did not acknowledge us right away, instead, he was texting on his phone and sitting on the counter-top The one that came on behind him did the same thing, she did not know where anything was, We asked her for a trolly to get our luggage upstairs, and she said she didn't know where anything was. we had to make 2 trips to our room, while she stood on the phone texting and smiling. when we went back to the counter to ask a question, she responded to us as it was her first time seeing us, I asked her where is the trolly? after we had already made the second trip she said she didn't know. very bad customer service, and first impression!!!
